Diversity & Inclusion is a topic that has been close to Radley James’ heart for many years. Since 2012, we have been working closely with countless companies and organizations to achieve higher levels of diversity. Aside from the countless areas we have focused on, i.e., female participation in the technology sector, the LGBT community and disability in the workplace, we have also hosted numerous diversity events highlighting the benefits a diverse workforce can bring to a company whilst addressing what organizational changes need to be made in order to make this a part of workplace culture.
